The blueprint package is designed to cover all necessary elements for the renovation or expansion project, ensuring that every aspect is meticulously planned and documented.
Standard Blueprint Package Includes:
-SITE PLAN: Based off GIS maps and site measurements.
-EXISTING FLOOR PLAN: Existing layout, fixtures locations, and defined Demolition areas.
-NEW FLOOR PLAN: All new improvements.
-SECTION CUTS AND DETAILS DRAWINGS: Cross sections and details of construction.
-ELEVATIONS: Exterior views of all sides of the house. Front, Left, Right, and Rear.
-FOUNDATION PLAN: Foundation walls, Concrete footings, and Impervious surfaces.
-FLOOR FRAMING PLAN: Lumber sizing, beams, headers, hardware detail and hardware locations. Glazing and Door Schedules.
-ROOF FRAMING PLAN: Trusses, rafters, sofit areas, skylight’s locations, and hardware.
*We collaborate with an engineer as needed to ensure the structural integrity of your project.
permitting
Once the permit plan set is ready, we complete all required application materials, make all necessary submittals at the municipality, and ensure that plans are routed to the correct parties for review. We take care of the entire permitting process, so our clients only need to handle the permit fees.
