A structural redesign was executed to establish seamless access from one side of the basement to the other, optimizing spatial functionality.

Stairway Transformation:

The stairway underwent a significant transformation, transitioning from an L-shaped configuration to a U-shaped layout, ensuring proper head clearance and enhancing both safety and aesthetics.

Kitchen and Dining Area:

Bearing walls in the kitchen and dining hallway were expertly reconfigured to create a more functional and inviting kitchen design, fostering an open floor plan conducive to modern living.

Dining Room Enhancement:

An elegant pop-out bay with a window seat was ingeniously incorporated into the dining room, adding both charm and practicality to the space.

Egress Window Installation:

Detailed drawings were meticulously crafted to facilitate the foundation's alteration, including the addition of egress windows in the basement bedrooms, enhancing safety and natural light.
